Location: IITM Research Park, Tharamani, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, display, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
Launch and manage day-to-day campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization for key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
Analyze campaign data to generate insights and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Design and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Partner with analytics and data teams to refine attribution models and improve understanding of customer journeys.
Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and data privacy regulations.
Manage external agency partners and, as the team grows, mentor junior performance marketing team members.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of managing and scaling paid digital campaigns.
Strong expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across major digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Mix panel, Tableau, etc.
Deep understanding of metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPL, etc.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments such as startups, e-commerce, or tech companies
Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
