About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. If you have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and are able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, we are looking for you!
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Work Timings: Mon to Fri , +:30am - 6:30pm. Saturdays WFH
Qualifications:
• An MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate degree
• Minimum 5 years of Performance Marketing experience.
Key Deliverables:
• Performance marketing - Digital sales generation and lead management through paid campaigns, optimizing cost per acquisition through multi touchpoint strategy based on testing.
• SEO – Create a SEO strategy to drive ranking on near and other search platforms. Create a plan for on page and off page SEO through right set of keywords and backlinks.
• Customer engagement and CRM – Email marketing, social media management, Database management and content marketing.
• Lead Generation & Funnel Management - Create and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies to maximize lead-to-customer conversions through data-driven adjustments.
• Marketing planning and budgeting – Create a measurable digital plan mapping the customer journey through the purchase funnel with budgets and KPIs.
• Analytics and reporting – periodic reports and analysis of marketing investment and ROI. Track competition and introduce best practices in digital marketing.
Must Have Skills:
• Have hands on experience of performance marketing, running paid ad campaigns and SEO Strategy.
• Be number driven with clear KPIs and measurements
• Have strong analytical skills with a creative bent of mind.
• Be able to work and deliver in a startup environment.
Compensation: Upto 15L CTC per annum depending on experience and fitment
