Job Summary:
JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU) is seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving JKLU's digital marketing efforts with a focus on performance-based campaigns to attract and convert prospective students. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to meet specific objectives and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive student enrollments.
2. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines (Google Ads), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display networks, and other relevant channels.
3. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign targeting and maximize ROI.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve key performance metrics.
5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
7. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team and management.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including admissions teams and faculty members, to align marketing campaigns with university goals and ensure effective communication of value propositions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the education or higher education industry.
3. Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and retargeting.
4. Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
5. Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics), tracking technologies, and conversion optimization techniques.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
