Meragi is a startup operating in the wedding tech space. We are building a platform where anyone can discover and purchase products & services for any type of personal event such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We want to make event planning as easy as ordering pizza online.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing and optimizing all the paid marketing campaigns on performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Quora, Bing, and the like
2. Conceptualizing, executing, and tracking growth experiments on paid marketing to improve performance
3. Optimizing performance marketing creatives and landing pages in close collaboration with the content, design, and tech teams
4. Analyzing the paid marketing efforts for performance attribution and measuring full-funnel performance
Skills & Requirements:
1. A strong grip on paid marketing fundamentals and the ability to read campaign performance through key metrics
2. Strong analytical skills and fluency with MS Excel and data visualization tools
3. Familiarity with SQL and R/Python is a bonus
4. The ability to translate business needs into campaign strategies and digital marketing data into actionable insights for the business
5. Potential for out-of-the-box thinking
6. Graduate degree
7. 1 - 2 years of experience in performance marketing
8. Expertise expected in running performance marketing for either Google or Meta platforms
+. Google certifications for marketing (display, search, etc.), meta blueprint certification (good to have)
10. Familiarity with SQL, R, and Python (good to have)
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
