Job description: Type: Work from office Location: Chembur, Mumbai Timing - 10 am - 6:30 pm We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and a proven track record of delivering successful performance marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute performance-driven digital advertising strategies across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid search, display, social media, and other digital advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for better results. Budget Management: Manage the digital advertising budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives. A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct research to identify high-performing keywords and target audience segments. Reporting and Analytics: Create and present regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with web development and design teams to improve website and landing page performance to increase conversion rates. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. A/B testing and CRO experience is a plus. Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative problem-solving abilities.
