Job Description
• End-to-end responsibility of performance marketing initiatives on retailer + own website.
• Lead, develop & implement performance marketing strategies to deliver online revenue goals.
• Design & delivery of marketing plans for on-site discovery, traffic, conversion, customer retention & experience.
• Budget for, drive execution and track success of all on-platform marketing programs.
• Analyse outcome of campaigns using key metrics & analytical tools, optimizing spends for ROI.
• Make data-driven decisions to tailor plans by platform, refine targeting, creative assets, messaging & landing pages to
maximize conversions.
• Work with Ecom head to
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand & Sales teams, to align on and off-platform marketing efforts in line with overall business goals and objectives. Collaborate on campaign planning, content, landing page optimization and other initiatives for business growth
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, shopper insights and technologies in e-commerce performance
marketing. Build back insights to improve plans & steer business growth
• Generate reports on campaign performance. Present findings, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for
future campaigns
• Collaborate on the D2C project. Develop and manage website covering all aspects of 1) Set-up, revenue
planning & delivery, 2) Agency & distributor partnerships (Web design, analytics, Tech/Software integrations, order
management and delivery), 3) User experience synced with customer journey (site navigation, customer service, CRM,
content, promotions & check-out funnel), 4) Traffic generation on-site via off platform performance marketing
