Job Responsibilities
• Working with the team to strategize, plan and deploy performance marketing campaigns for the business.
• Engaging with third party affiliates and major publishers to bring in best in class performance solutions for our business objectives.
• Own all performance platform delivery and proactively identify and suggest next steps for better CPS. (Cost per subscription)
• Ensure campaigns are optimized to maximize efficiency and constantly increase revenues
• Daily analysis of performance to optimize campaigns in the best way.
• Explore, identify, elaborate and pursue tech/API/feed integration solutions with team to improve performance capabilities.
• Needs to have a strong analytical data driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analyzing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing
• Out of the box thinker who is willing to take the risk and stay ahead of the curve in all things related to digital marketing.
Data analysis
• Data analysis responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Develop analysis and reporting capabilities for businesses to take decisions and marketing teams to action
• Independently executes data analysis, data mining, reporting and visualization projects using SQL, Hadoop, and other appropriate tools.
• Experience in using BI tools like PowerBI , Tableu etc
Social Media
• Should be a sound creative thinker with experience in Social media marketing, creating content strategies and loves buzz creation and creative execution to build scale for brand across geographies
• Working closely with agency partners and internal teams to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights to build organic buzz
• Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages Proven ability to think strategically, with a balanced analytical and creative approach, and the ability to teach others to think strategically
