Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for our company. This individual will oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media and email marketing. The successful candidate will also collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform digital marketing strategy
• Develop and manage content marketing strategy, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and other digital assets
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform website optimization
• Manage and grow social media presence, including posting, community management, and social advertising
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and tools, and continuously improve our digital marketing strategy
• Work with external agencies and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed
• Manage and mentor digital marketing team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategy
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing and mentoring team members
