Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of managing ad spends exceeding Rs. 5 lakhs per month, specifically in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies for D2C and other clients across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.)
• Manage minimum monthly budgets of $20k USD or Rs. 15 lakhs INR across multiple platforms
• Handle end to end client management - right from communication to presenting reports and POA ahead
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new advertising opportunities
• Coordinate with creatives team - internal/client’s, to get the right creatives made for the ads
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide improvements to client’s marketing and creative teams
• Help team with client account audits, create pitch decks and media plan
Job Specifications:
• Minimum 4 years experience of running ads
• Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically in the e-commerce niche
• Strong experience in D2C industry in Meta and Google Ads
• Experience managing ad spends of over $100K USD / month
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Salary CTC: 4.2 - 8.4 LPA(Fixed)
