Job Description
On one side you have over a million college graduates every year with barely 5% employability rates and on the other side, there are 1000s of companies struggling to find talent. Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through it’s personalized learning platform. We are building an online university and solving the deep problem of employability of graduates.
We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM’s, having several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CRED’s Kunal Shah, Flipkart’s Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy founders, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar among others.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Launch optimized online adverts to reach the target audience through Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices across digital marketing campaigns, and then acting on the information to meet marketing goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts to optimize web content to increase traffic (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Min 1-2 yrs of experience working as a Performance Marketing Associate or similar role
• Leverage paid channels to drive, website traffic, top funnel, lead velocity and conversions
• Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third party tools, and ability to integrate these tools
• Proficiency in Ad Content Creation,
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the user’s journey
• Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards
