We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to drive our online sales and improve our advertising ROI across multiple digital platforms.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce marketing, performance analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and reduce CAC.
A/B Testing: Conduct experiments on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console.
Keyword & Audience Targeting: Research and implement high-performing keywords and audience segmentation to drive sales.
Retargeting & Remarketing: Set up and optimize retargeting strategies to improve customer retention and increase conversion rates.
Landing Page Optimization: Work with designers and developers to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid advertising for e-commerce brands.
Proven experience in running Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROAS calculations.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager etc.
Ability to analyze large sets of data and make data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible working hours (Part-time / Remote).
Compensation based on experience and expertise.
