Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the luxury business sector preferred. The ideal candidate is well-versed in performance-driven campaigns across digital platforms and can generate high-quality leads that convert into business. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting high-intent luxury audiences. Develop and manage strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion aligned with business goals. Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages tailored to the luxury market. Conduct thorough A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and report campaign results to leadership. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems to manage and report lead quality. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, especially within the luxury and premium sectors. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within the luxury or high-end brand space. Proven track record of generating quality leads with a high conversion rate in the Luxury Space. Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO and other lead-gen tools/platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar CRMs. Creative eye for luxury branding, audience targeting, and ad messaging. Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Qualifications: Experience with luxury categories such as real estate, hospitality. Understanding of HNW (High Net Worth) customer behavior and preferences. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is required for this role.
