We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, a data-driven approach, and a passion for driving growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising, focused on promoting our pet care products and driving sales
• Manage budgets and forecasting, ensuring campaigns are within budget and driving results
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, analyzing performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new channels to explore
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align on goals and optimize campaigns
• Manage budgets and forecasting, ensuring campaigns are within budget and driving results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our performance marketing strategies
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in paid search and social media advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
