Job Description
Take ownership and set up strategy for all paid campaigns.
Execution of campaigns across channels (SEM, Google - Search/ Display/ YouTube/ Discovery, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels) to meet key performance metrics.
Explore vendor partnerships and new channels for paid acquisition. Planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests and optimize user funnels. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Desirable Skill Set:
Min 5+ years of performance /digital marketing experience, including expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube Marketing.
Proven track record of helping scale up digital marketing in a start-up environment and/or relevant work experience in leading performance marketing agencies.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Google Analytics, Similar Web). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
