Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Design and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
• Campaign Management: Lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensure optimal allocation of resources, and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
• Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
• Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
