Job Description:
Mad Result is seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. In this role, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital advertising platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with Mad Result's business goals. Identify target audiences, develop messaging strategies, and select the most effective advertising channels to maximize campaign performance.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns: Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to drive efficient conversions and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign targeting. Analyze competitor strategies and adjust campaign tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics: Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track campaign performance. Monitor key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC). Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all advertising materials. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices: Continuously educate yourself on the latest developments in performance marketing, including new advertising platforms, targeting techniques, and optimization strategies. Apply this knowledge to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
