About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced performance optimization specialist who can help us improve the efficiency and scalability of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance engineering, with expertise in areas such as performance metrics, system tuning, and capacity planning.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to improve system efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Analyze system performance data to inform optimization decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in performance engineering
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics related to OS, JVM, .Net CLR, SQL Server, and MongoDB
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders
