Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO/Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in managing the executive’s schedule, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate and manage personal tasks and errands for the executive as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive and other staff, clients, and external contacts.
• Plan and coordinate events, both internal and external, including logistics and guest arrangements.
• Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the furniture or design industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
