The Advice business unit brings together all customer facing advice and education services with a clear purpose: to deliver a consistently high quality, end-to-end advice experience. Known to members as UniSuper Advice, the team supports members and their families through trusted education and personalised advice, helping them make confident financial decisions and achieve stronger retirement outcomes.
The opportunity
This is a role where your organisation, judgment and care genuinely make a difference. As Personal Assistant, Advice, you’ll work closely with senior leaders in our Advice business, helping them stay focused, prepared and effective so they can deliver better outcomes for our members.
You’ll be more than administrative support. You’ll be a trusted partner who brings structure to busy days, creates clarity in communication, and helps the Advice team operate smoothly and confidently. Your work will be felt every day – in the way leaders show up, decisions move forward, and the team stays connected and aligned.
In this role, you will:
Support Heads of within Advice by managing diaries, preparing meetings, and ensuring priorities stay on track
Create highquality documents, presentations and communications that help leaders communicate clearly and consistently
Bring rhythm and followthrough to actions, requests and commitments so nothing important falls through the cracks
Use digital tools, including AI, to improve the quality, speed and consistency of work outputs
Coordinate travel, purchasing, onboarding and daytoday administration that keeps the business running smoothly
Be part of a close, supportive Advice team where collaboration, trust and professionalism matter
About You
You’re someone who takes pride in being reliable, organised and calm under pressure. You enjoy supporting others to do their best work and feel motivated when you know your contribution genuinely matters. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, discreet with sensitive information, and proactive in how you approach your role.
You’re also curious and forward thinking. You look for better ways of working, feel comfortable using technology and AI tools, and enjoy building your capability over time. You don’t need to know everything on day one – what matters most is your mindset, care and willingness to grow.
You’ll likely bring:
Experience providing high quality administrative or business support in a professional environment
Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and tone
Confidence working with senior leaders and handling information with discretion
Comfort using Microsoft Office and collaborative tools, with an openness to learning new systems
A positive, solutions focused approach and a genuine desire to be part of a supportive team
