Personal Assistant & Content Strategist – Work Closely With Founder Kiara Jaye to Scale a 7-Figure Fitness Brand

I’m looking for a Personal Assistant & Content Strategist to work directly with me, founder of RLStrength, to help run the behind-the-scenes of a fast-growing fitness and lifestyle brand. This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to learn the inner workings of scaling a 7-figure business, have your hands in high-level strategy, and play a key role in our mission to transform women’s lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

About the Role:

This is an in-person Gold Coast role where you’ll be my right hand. You’ll take ownership of organising my calendar, priorities, and projects while also assisting with content planning and execution. Your role will have a mix of:

Organisation & Operations: Managing schedules, structuring workflows, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with me to create high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including planning, filming assistance, trend research, and analytics, and canva design.
Brand Growth Support: Coordinating shoots, brand collaborations, and helping implement high-level marketing ideas.
Problem Solving: Anticipating what needs to be done before I even ask and removing roadblocks so I can stay focused on growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
