Job Description
• Teach Chemistry (Physical, Organic, Inorganic) to Classes 11 & 12 as per Board and NEET syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, chapter breakdowns, and time-allocation in line with the Academic Calendar.
• Use clear, structured teaching methods including problem-solving, experiments, and visual aids.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and extra classes for slow learners.
• Prepare students for Board exams + NEET-level practice (conceptual + MCQ-based approach).
Curriculum & Assessment
• Contribute to preparation of Academic Calendar (monthly + weekly plan).
• Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and model papers.
• Conduct weekly class tests and report student progress.
• Provide feedback on syllabus coverage vs. plan during weekly academic review meetings.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain Class Ledger (attendance, topics covered, homework/assignments given).
• Submit weekly progress reports to Subject Head.
• Identify academically weak students and prepare remedial strategies.
Student Engagement
• Mentor students for both academic confidence and competitive exam discipline.
• Encourage practical application of concepts through experiments, case studies, and group work.
• Ensure a positive, motivating, and disciplined classroom environment.
