The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching commerce-related subjects to senior secondary students.Key Responsibilities1. Teaching and Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students in commerce-related subjects, including accountancy, business studies, and economics.2. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with board requirements and school standards.3. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.4. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and engagement.5. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them achieve academic and personal goals.6. Parent-Teacher Interaction: Communicate with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and other relevant matters.7. Professional Development: Stay updated with developments in commerce education, attending workshops, and training programs as required.Requirements1. Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Commerce or related field, with or equivalent degree.2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching commerce-related subjects at the senior secondary level.3. Skills:1. Strong knowledge of commerce-related subjects, including accountancy, business studies, and economics.2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.3.
