Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PGT ENGLISH at M’s college located in Gangapur (Bhilwara). The role involves tasks such as English teaching, communication, translation, customer service, and training.
Job Responsibilities:
• Teach English Literature and Language to students from Class + to Class 12, as per CBSE curriculum.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress.
• Organize and support English language enrichment programs, debates, and writing competitions.
• Maintain proper discipline and an engaging learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school events as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school preferred. Freshers with strong communication and subject command may also apply.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Passion for teaching and engaging with senior secondary students.
