Desired Candidate Profile:
• Possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach effectively to class 11th and 12th learners.
• Preferred candidates will have previous school teaching experience and experience in scholastic exam training.
• Have a clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of Foundation.
• Preferred candidates will have a habit of continuous self-learning.
• Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare courses and lessons, and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 11th to 12th.
• Actively engage in teaching students and motivate, facilitate, and teach according to their educational needs.
• Plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class, and prepare weekly assignments for each assigned batch.
• Ensure timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
• Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
• Communicate, consult, and provide feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when required.
