Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and committed Physics Teacher to handle classes (9 to 12 – CBSE). The ideal candidate must possess in-depth subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for science education. As a residential school, the role also involves participation in after-school academic support and residential life activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Physics to Classes * to 12 in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, lab activities, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students through complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.
Prepare students rigorously for CBSE board exams, including revision plans and mock assessments.
Conduct remedial sessions and provide support during doubt-clearing hours.
Supervise residential study hours (prep time) and mentor students academically.
Participate in school events, science exhibitions, and co-curricular engagements.
Take up residential duties, including pastoral care and student supervision as per schedule.
Create a stimulating and disciplined learning atmosphere that fosters curiosity and scientific thinking.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s Degree in Physics along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level (CBSE).
Experience in a residential school environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire students and contribute to their holistic development.
