Job Description:
Elpro International School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
PGT Physics Teacher for the 11th and 12th grades. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching Physics and capable of creating an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students. As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the curriculum, fostering scientific curiosity, and helping students develop a solid understanding of physics concepts that will serve them in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Teach Physics to students in grades 11th and 12th as per the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) curriculum.
Lesson Planning: Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, resources, and technology to support diverse learning styles.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and inquiry-based learning.
Assessment & Evaluation: Design, conduct, and evaluate regular assessments (formative and summative) to track student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Laboratory Work: Supervise and facilitate practical experiments in the Physics laboratory to provide hands-on learning experiences.
Student Support: Provide additional support and guidance to students who require extra help, including offering remedial lessons and clarifying concepts.
Parent-Teacher Interaction: Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress and provide updates on academic and behavioral performance.
Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, technology, and developments in the field of Physics education. Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training programs as required.
Extra-Curricular Involvement: Engage in school activities and events, including science exhibitions, seminars, and other enrichment programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to support the overall academic development of students.

Pay: ₹23,800.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
