To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
A Masters degree in Physics and B.Ed degree for CBSE schools.
Proven experience teaching physics at the senior secondary level (Xi & XII), demonstrating effective classroom management and instructional skills.
Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methods, with the ability to adapt to changes in educational standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
