Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Grade Level: +th to 12th
Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons to students from Grade + to Grade 12, fostering both academic excellence and a passion for science.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons as per the curriculum for grades + to 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).
Prepare and implement lesson plans that develop students’ theoretical and practical knowledge of Physics.
Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and lab sessions to support theoretical instruction.
Evaluate student progress through assessments, tests, and assignments.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students preparing for board and competitive exams (NEET/JEE).
Required Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics.
B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching Physics at the secondary or senior secondary level.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
Work Timings:
Monday to Saturday (Exact timing to be discussed during the interview)
