Pune includes (10-12 Days in month travelling all over India)
Product Manager Responsibilities
· Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
· Development of strategic plans and operational marketing plan for to provide a scientific, medical and commercial basis.
· Project Management: Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growths
· Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
· Development of consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
· Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
· Drive product launches
· Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
· Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and help the sales team in promotion of the products.
· Product management, Content development, literature, campaign input development
· New product development and launch processes
· Training and developments for sales team
· Social media marketing, Creating content, strategy and execution
· Discussion and lead generation with ecommerce platforms for new business opportunities
Requirements
· Proven work experience in product management, with minimum relevant experience of 3 years in product management. Pharma domain experience is a must.
· Education: BSc/ B. Pharm and MBA in Marketing.
· Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
· Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
· Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience
· Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
· Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ready to travel for 10-12 days in a month.
