Raising Purchase order
Handling Offices activity.
Making GRN to the system
Tracking of material.
Inward & outward process.
Receive, distribute, and always maintain adequate quantities of stocks.
Maintain stock and consumption records.
Follow up for timely delivery.

Purchase Operation
Inventory control.
Co- ordinated Multiple venders for best rates
Collaborate with sales and Operation.
Work with finance, Sales, and Manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
Developing new vendors and developing products.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Generate requirements based on the client's Purchase order and raise Po according to them.
To ensure safe handling of materials and prevent their damage.
To protect materials from theft, fire, and other risks.
To ensure proper and continuous control over the materials.
To ensure most effective utilization of available storage space.
Getting details of order from Sales team and arrange the material dispatch.
Arranging /vehicle from company to transport house going or tell them to pick from spot.
Co-ordinate & follow up with transport agency for delivery to the destination.
Submit document LR or details to accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
