Should have got a CET AYUSH / NEET (State Rank) of less than 30000 • 2. Should be very good at managing people and have a pleasing personality. • 3. Should be detail oriented. Catch specifics easily and implement them. • 4. Should be a good trainer & communicator • Essential Criteria for the role: 1. Experience of working in clinical settings/ public health for 5 years 2. Fluency in English & Kannada is a must. 3. Willingness to travel locally to many schools in South & East Bangalore 4. Commitment to the cause of children’s health. 5. Bachelor’s qualification in AYUSH. Completed/ Studying for a diploma in Health/ Hospital Administration/ Public Health would be a strong advantage AddressHealth is a pioneer in school health programs in India since 2011. You, as Project Manager, will be the managing a school health project in government schools sponsored by a leading corporate’s CSR arm. You will have the overall responsibility of managing the team for the project. You will report to the City Head, Bangalore. The Project Manager will have to smoothly manage the operations of project in government schools. The following are the key duties & responsibilities of the incumbent: - Supervise the Healthcare personnel (Nurses, Doctors & Dentists) involved in the delivery of the school health project - Training and retraining of healthcare personnel; - Ensure that service schedule is maintained and the operations protocols are adhered to - Maintain the quality-of-service delivery and ensuring adherence to service standards; - Managing materials and supplies for first aid and health education in schools under the project - Solving of day-to-day problems and firefighting of crisis situations; - Visiting government schools for training, conducting health education sessions, for inspection and monitoring; - Prompt and diligent reporting to City Head and to the CSR Head. • About The Company: - • ABOUT THE COMPANY: - AddressHealth is a pioneer in pediatric primary healthcare. The services include: - Health Check up & Screening - Medical Room / Tele-infirmary - Health Education with Workbooks - Mental Wellbeing Services • Remuneration & Other Compensation Details Your monthly gross salary would be between 30,000-40,000 depending on your background & experience. In addition, you will be eligible for upto 10% of your gross salary as a variable component to be paid on a half yearly basis, based on smooth operational implementation.
