We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharma Store Assistant to join our team at Rx Life pharma. As a Pharma Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmaceutical store. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing inventory, and supporting pharmacists in dispensing medications.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain and organize inventory of medications and supplies.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions.
Process transactions accurately using our pharmacy software system.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about medications.
Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
Collaborate with pharmacy team members to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
