Job Description
This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata’d to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Broken Hill Health Service Pharmacy department.
Working with multi-disciplinary teams to improve clinical services and patient outcomes.
Supervision of pharmacists, interns and pharmacy technicians.
Growing our service with the opportunity to set-up our student program.
Quality improvement activities, in collaboration with the District Director of Pharmacy.

Bachelor or Masters of Pharmacy with current unrestricted registration as a pharmacist with APRHA.
