AT LEAST 3 YEARS Experience with KROLL Pharmacy software is A MUST.
Arabic language is an asset
Strong communication skills; able to communicate in English and Arabic
Demonstrated customer service experience
Proficient computer/data/entry skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
Data entry of patient care information into Kroll Pharmacy System,
Third Party adjudication ,
Accurate dispensing prescription medications,
Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems,
General OTC inquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
