Responsibilities
Enjoy one-on-one patient care, allowing for personalized attention and building strong therapeutic relationships
Under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Department Supervisor and following established policies, you will:
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries for a diverse patient population
Administer tailored patient treatments based on evaluations and reassessments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Maintain productivity according to departmental standards and effectively delegate tasks to team members
Contribute to case management, participate in departmental and community programs, and engage in non-clinical tasks to support daily operations
Teach, orient, and mentor colleagues, new employees, volunteers, and at least one student annually
