• 4-day work week with concierge-style practice
• See only 4 - 8 patients per day
• Office hours * am - 5 pm, leave by 6 pm
• Only 1 Saturday per quarter required
• Call schedule 1:4 weeks with minimal volume
• Work with experienced team including 2 nurse practitioners
• House calls within the city area
