Our faculty team includes ex-olympians and advanced researchers from leading universities around the world. We offer a wide range of programs including Pre-Olympiad training for kids, Math Olympiad for junior school, college-level advanced mathematics, and Physics and Informatics Olympiad programs. All our classes are delivered online.
Role Description
This is a full-time Physics Faculty role based in Kolkata. The Physics Faculty member will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, creating and grading assessments, and mentoring students in our Physics Olympiad Program. Faculty members will also participate in curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues on research projects. This is an on-site position requiring active engagement with both students and staff.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Physics subject matter and teaching experience
• Experience with curriculum development and research in a related field
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Adequacy in using educational technology and online teaching tools
• Ability to engage and inspire students at various educational levels
• Advanced degrees in Physics or a related field
• Experience in Olympiad training is a plus
Salary
The salary for this position is ranging between ₹22000 - ₹35000 per month based on the skill set.
Working hours
There are two shifts which are available
• Night Shift - 11:00 PM IST - 8:00 PM IST
• Early Morning Shift - 6:00 AM IST - 3:00 PM IST
You are required to work for 6 days in a week(weekends are must working days, your week off will be on a weekday) with one addidtional week off at company's discretion.
