We are on the hunt for a self-motivated & Quick learner teacher to join our qualified team of educators. As a teacher, you will be responsible for cultivating the students’ interest in education and development. Your responsibilities will include grading assignments, and evaluating students’ progress.
You should be a competent professional with in-depth knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational processes. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities
Package up to 5 Lac per annum no bars for deserving candidates.
Requirement: English, Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry
Teacher Responsibilities:
• Developing and issuing educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
• Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
• Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
• Ensuring Proper disciple is maintained in the class.
• Preparing and distributing Monthly progress reports.
• Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.
• Preparing lessons as per the grade levels.
• Explaining lessons to students using online teaching platforms.
• Making students comfortable before starting lessons.
• Taking up student questions and queries while teaching online.
• Ensuring all the students are present for online lessons.
• Preparing innovative and engaging teaching materials.
• Paying extra attention to the low-achieving students.
• Taking feedback from parents and students.
• Monitoring the student’s performance.
• Leading students to discuss to make the lessons interesting.
• Monitoring the student’s attendance to online classes.
• Following educational curriculum and guidelines accurately.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends in online teaching.
• Attending parent-teacher meetings
REQUIREMENT
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in teaching or a relevant field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply, but the experience will be a plus.
• Fluent English is a must
• The candidate should be an Active and Quick learner.
• In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
