Job Description:
• Curriculum Development: Develop and design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and curriculum content aligned with NEET / JEE syllabus requirements for Physics for CBSE syllabus.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and discussions to facilitate conceptual understanding and mastery of key topics in Physics.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, mock tests, and examinations to evaluate student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely feedback for academic growth.
• Individualized Support: Provide personalized academic support, guidance, and mentoring to students, addressing their individual learning needs, challenges, and goals.
• Exam Preparation: Implement effective strategies and techniques to prepare students for the rigors of the NEET / JEE examination, including time management, problem-solving skills, and exam-taking strategies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow faculty members, academic coordinators, and management to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and student support services.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of latest developments, trends, and best practices in NEET / JEE examination patterns, teaching methodologies, and subject-specific content through continuous professional development and training.
Requirements:
• Prior teaching experience in NEET , JEE coaching institutes, competitive examination preparation, or academic institutions preferred.
• Strong subject matter expertise and proficiency in Physics with a deep understanding of NEET / JEE syllabus and examination pattern.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for teaching, commitment to student success, and dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to solve doubts of the student's question step by step for the respective subjects
• Ability to analyze the completed Test reports and worksheets of the students.

Educational qualification : Masters in Physics/ BE/B.Tech from Prestigious institutions (IIT's and NIT's preferred) with a prior teaching experience in IIT-JEE, NEET institutes.
