Job description
• Attend to the emergency assigned by EROs as per the defined process.
• Ownership of the vehicle.
• Calling the operations executive for attendance updation.
• Demonstrating ambulance to enhance the awareness about JAES Group.
• Strengthening the interface with the Local Private and Public hospitals.
• Enabling Scheduled service.
• Filling the fuel periodically and maintaining and handing over the bills to Fleet executive.
• Regular maintenance of the vehicle (Up-keeping of the ambulance).
• Maintenance of records.
• Updating daily fleet operations data to the fleet executive for records and report generation.
• Fleet inventory management.(Spare parts, lubricants related to vehicle)
• Appropriate escalations in case of any incidents ( Like accident, breakdown etc)
• To cooperate with visitors or audit teams.
• Custodian for vehicle statutory documents.
• Using the stretcher while handling patient is mutual responsibility of EMT and Pilot.
