Duties
• Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Handle all aspects of food preparation, including dough stretching, topping application, and baking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to ensure food safety standards are met
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety regulations are consistently upheld
• Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of hot, fresh pizzas
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with kitchen staff and maintaining professional communication
Skills
• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine preferred
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary techniques necessary for efficient meal preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
• Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining enhances your ability to innovate and elevate our offerings
• Excellent food service skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with health regulations and meal prep standards
