Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and
profitability for whole ethnic business at ZYOD. Align the company’s objectives with long-term goals, focusing on market
expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Operations Management: Work closely with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. Implement systems for streamlining
operations and improving productivity.
Sales: Lead the sales team to achieve business targets. Formulate go-to-market strategies to position Zyod Commerce as a leading player in the industry.
Financial Management: Create and manage the company’s budgets, focusing on cost controls and profit margins.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across different functions, including sales, operations, and production.
Qualifications:
Education: Nift or B.Tech graduate in textile, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the operations heavy industry/fashion manufacturing/retail industry with a proven track record of driving business growth
and achieving sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operations.
