Vector India, India's Leading Embedded systems training institute has its training centers in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai is seeking placement coordinator from the school of graduation & Management.
Place of Posting: Hyderabad
Qualification: BBA, MBA, B. Com, M. Com or any graduate
Years of experience: 0- 4 years
Job Description:
i) Should be Fluent in English
ii) Should coordinate with students regarding placement assistance and campus recruitment.
iii) Maintain the back-end database of the placement team.
iv) Proven experience in talent acquisition is preferrable.
v) Source new potential corporate organizations through social platform like linked in and invite them to Vector India.
vi) Superior ability to work under pressure.
vii) Coordinate with the stake holders & HR's for effective placement drives.
viii) Conducting the entire on/off campus placement drives.
ix) Validating, screening and shortlisting of students list according to the MNC requirement.
x) Good Team player
xi) MNC visit as and when required by the organisation
xii) Foster good relationships with the MNC HR's and technical heads.
xii) The selected candidate will be thoroughly groomed before the Placement officer work is assigned
xiii) Proficient in MS Office
