Job Profile: Placement Executive (HR Freshers - Male)
Job Description:
Placement Executive with 0 to 1 years of experience who are passionate about helping students and professionals achieve their career goals. As a Placement Executive you will work closely with candidates and employers to ensure successful job placements.
Responsibilities:
1) Coordination with Companies for conducting campus drive for college students and successful placement of students in reputed organization
2) Responsible for organizing summer and winter internships in companies that are most likely to offer conversion into final placements
3) Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases.
4) To collect the job announcement / description - requirements, job details, and specifications from the representatives of each interested organization and share the same with the students - in a timely manner.
5) To arrange skill development training for students such as soft skills, communication, interview skill, mock interviews, interpersonal skill etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Adapt in using MS suites with high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.
• Knowledge of industry demographics will be an added advantage
Educational Requirement:
Graduation / Post Graduation with specialization in HR
Excellent English Communication skill
Working Days - 6 Days Working

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
