Job Description
Experience : 1-2 years of experience of working in marketing OR placement in skill development programme.
KRAs :-
1. Generate the vacancies from the market on regular basis.
2. Minimum 20 LOI’s in a month to be signed out from different sectors on the company letter head’s.
3. Handle the assigned centre carefully and ensure the smooth running of all placement activities including minimum 20 Tie up letter to be signed from concerned CM (local level).
4 Deliver all placement docs at the time of profiling and instruct the same to all faculties and CM.
5. Placement batch file preparation and make understood to CM and all faculty members.
6. Visit at the centre for Interaction with Students, Faculties, Centre manager on regular basis.
7. Cross check the knowledge of the students by general FAQ’s.
8. Profiling form should be cross check and analysis it carefully.
+. Pre placement activities should be examined carefully as daily report of individual is to be recorded.
10. Submission of proper documents required by Govt. agency as per guidelines.
11. Success stories of all placed students (which are placed in 12A/13A) along with 3 photographs of before training, under training and after training (placed student working station) so that placement poster could be prepare.
12. Pick out 2-3 skill icons from every batch of NIFA Center.
13. DWR is required on daily basis and will come on the desk of SPH on every morning
