We’re looking for a commercially-driven Planner to join the Seafolly Merchandise Planning team in a unique, high-impact role with a defined growth pathway.
You’ll spend your first few months embedded in our retail (vertical) business, building a deep understanding of our product, trade rhythms, and planning processes. From there, you’ll transition into a Global Wholesale Planning role, covering a period of parental leave.
This is a rare opportunity to bridge retail and wholesale planning in one role, with direct exposure to senior leadership and real ownership.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role covering a period of parental leave, based in our Support Centre in Alexandria, NSW.

You will:
Phase 1: Retail Planning (First approx. 4 Months)
Support delivery of category plans and OTB
Partner with Buying and Planning on in-season trade performance
Contribute to weekly trade insights and action planning
Support stock optimisation, allocation, and replenishment
Assist with forecasting and reforecasting
Phase 2: Global Wholesale Planning
Step into global planning responsibilities across wholesale channels
Contribute to and influence option planning and purchasing strategy
Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Sales on global demand planning
Deliver post-season analysis and strategic insights
Support broader planning transformation and process improvement initiatives
You have:
Experience in Retail and/or Wholesale Merchandise Planning
Strong Excel and analytical capability
Exposure to AP21 and/or Style Arcade (highly regarded)
Solid understanding of sales, stock, and margin drivers across channels
Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally
Ready to step up into a broader, more strategic planning role
