Job Description
We are looking for Planning & Operation Manager for our factory located at Bavla, Ahmedabad. The person must have positive attitude to look into every situation, must have problem solving nature, Proactive Production and Management Planning.
Must have the perfect communication skills between clients, office, factory and strong co-ordination between all factory staff and worker. Must be able to take independent decision even in any of normal to critical situation.
Responsibilities:
(a) Supports and make proper co-ordination between all departments for getting done the production on schedules
(b) Create and manage multiple Project Plans, Execute, and Monitor
(c) Sets priorities, timelines, track, and reports project progress against key milestones
(d) Understands timing, relationships between activities, and steps required for each task in the project timeline
(e) Works closely with the production leads on monthly basis divide it on weekly and daily basis
(f) Daily coordinating with store & purchase department for raw material planning
(g) Responsible and must be strict to maintain quality control standard – quality measurements in whole process from production to packaging to finish goods dispatch
(h) To check the work quality, material requirement, co-ordinate with clients and to meet timelines of production
(i) Responsible for the production, filling to final dispatch within committed delivery time frame with great quality
(j) Maintaining good housekeeping in the plant
(k) Identify all issue in team and provide continuous support to all according to operating standards
(l) Ensure necessary investigation and corrective/ preventive actions for deviations occurring during manufacturing activities
(m) Repair Routine maintenance of production equipment
Required skills:
(a) Must have the knowledge of using email for communication purpose
(b) Planning and organizing production schedules
(c) Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
(d) Broad knowledge of QMS and manufacturing operations cosmetics
(e) Supervising the staff and worker co-ordination
(f) Organizing relevant training sessions
(g) Ability to work well with a team
(h) Strong presentation and interpersonal skill
