- Strong Knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Experience in handling IR / Unions.
- Good leadership skills & should be able to work in group & teams.
- Good Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Observational Skill.
- Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of Labour laws, Model Standing Orders, ID Act, Factories Act.
- Compliance under various statues.
- Strong Experience on handling Absenteeism cases related to permanent workmen.
- Knowledge & experience in Disciplinary actions.
- Grievance handling.
- Implementation for various IR policies.
- Liaisoning with different Govt. authorities.
- Payroll Management for permanent workmen.
- Dealing with Union leaders on daily basis for routine matters.
- Managing day to day Employee Relation activities in a very peaceful and amicable manner thus ensuring Industrial peace within the organization and ensuring zero-man hour loss due to any IR issues.
- Training & Development of Blue collar.
- Engagement Activities for Blue collar.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of welfare activities.
- Knowledge of reading & writing in local language will be an added advantage.
