A Leading Group in Auto Components and Assemblies manufacturer in Pune is Urgently looking for Plant Head with experience in Heavy Fabrication processes.
Role - Ensure Customer requirements in terms of Quality, Cost and delivery. Will be responsible for Profit & Loss of company by managing the resources like Man, Machines and Materials.
End-to-end management of a manufacturing unit having Heavy Sheet Metal fabrication, Paint and assembly of other Auto Parts for assembly by ensuring optimal performance in production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery. This leadership role demands strong operational oversight, team management, and strategic planning to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement within the plant.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Plant operation Safety, Compliance & Quality
• Financial & Resource Management Team Leadership & Development Stakeholder Communication Customer satisfaction
Candidate- BE/ Diploma in Mechanical, Production with 20+ years' experience in Plant operations management within Welding / Fabrication in Heavy Sheet metal Components manufacturing. Proven experience in a leadership & managerial role, Exposure to welding, sheet metal, Assembly with other bought out components like fiber glass, etc.
Key Skills: - · Production and operations management Quality systems (ISO, TS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA), Team leadership and people management Budgeting and cost control, Process optimization and lean manufacturing Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead change, motivate teams, and drive engagement at all levels.
