Role: Plant HR – Factory (IC Role)
Industry-Packaging,Printing or Manufacturing Industry
Function: Plant HR Experience: 8–10 years
Budget: 8–10 LPA
Location: Plant (Prathi / Fab City cluster)
Purpose of the role Own end-to-end HR operations at the plant as an individual contributor, with strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), under guidance from Corporate HR.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-ground HR activities for the plant including ER/IR, statutory compliances in coordination with Corporate HR, and day-to-day HR operations.
Act as the primary HR contact for plant employees and line managers for all HR-related matters.
Coordinate recruitment for plant roles along with central TA support.
Collate and share payroll inputs with Corporate HR; coordinate for final payroll processing. Ensure discipline, grievance handling, and a peaceful industrial environment on the shopfloor.
Implement corporate HR initiatives, policies and talent management processes at the plant level.
Preferred Industry Background Cardboard / carton / packaging manufacturing industries preferred.
Preference for exposure to plants with boilers due to specific statutory and operational dynamics.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong ER and IR orientation; good understanding of factory HR practices.
Ability to work independently as a single-point HR for the plant while coordinating with corporate.
Good communication and stakeholder management with workmen, unions (if any) and management.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
